We're Here For You...

• Nursing Supervision
  Westerly Adult Day Services offers an individual care plan designed by a professional and fully licensed nursing staff in conjunction with your personal physician.



• Health Monitoring
  Our program includes comprehensive medical screening, routine monitoring and charting of vital statistics, supervised exercise, dietary planning along with self-care education and personal training.



• Respite Care and Family Consultation
  Individual and group therapeutic intervention and an extensive referral network offered by the social services coordinator.



• Care giver Support Group
  On the second Tuesday of every month.
  7:00 to 8:30 PM, at 65 Wells St.



• Nutritious Meals
  Westerly Adult Day Services offers breakfast, a hot lunch, and afternoon snacks.



• Therapeutic Recreation
  Clients are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities specifically designed to give them a feeling of success and to maintain their social, perceptual, and physical skills. Activities Include: Exercise, Singing, Music Therapy, Arts & crafts, Gardening, Baking, Dancing, Games.

Program Details...

• Costs
  All activities are included in one daily fee. Our staff Social Services Coordinator is available to assist you with a variety of financial assistance programs including a sliding fee schedule based on your income.



• Transportation
  Family members or care givers are encouraged to bring participants to the center, however, the staff will assist in arranging transportation if needed.



• Admissions
  Admissions and referrals can easily be made by contacting our Social Services Department at (401) 596-1336.
